Our Los Angeles location is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our dedicated team and manage the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury or high-end retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep passion for fashion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly, cleanly, and meets our brand standards as well as sales goals.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is always presented in an engaging and inviting manner.
- Manage inventory effectively, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock, as well as conducting regular inventory audits.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and develop strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the community and with our clients to promote the brand and expand our customer base.
- Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive foot traffic and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
- Provide regular reports to upper management on store performance, customer feedback, and team productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury or high-end retail environment, preferably in men’s fashion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A deep understanding of the fashion retail industry, including trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.
- A passion for fashion and an eye for detail, with a personal commitment to presenting and promoting high-quality merchandise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.
