- Utilize clienteling techniques to manage and grow your book of business, ensuring repeat purchases and long-term client loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and brand offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude, contributing to the positive culture and atmosphere of the store.
- Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate client appointments and store needs, prioritizing exceptional service at all times.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of success in luxury retail sales, with a minimum of $2 million book of business.
- Strong clienteling skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to high-end clientele.
