Retail Sales Stock Support - Bal Harbour

As a Sales/Stock Support Associate at our Bal Harbour location, you will engage with clients and provide excellent customer service while managing stockroom operations. You will ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness.

• Engage with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stockroom.
• Facilitate directives from the store manager and corporate office.
• Supervise inventory and all components effectively and efficiently.

• Prior experience in a retail or boutique store handling high-end goods is a plus.
• Highly motivated and professional demeanor.
• Ability to represent the James Perse brand lifestyle.
• Excellent customer service skills, including greeting and engaging clients.
• Ability to provide basic product and brand information and transact sales via POS.
